Modern European restaurant Tablescape goes for a different spin this National Day with a five-course menu of local-inspired cuisine.


For starters, Tablescape offers a unique reinterpretation of a local signature – the savoury Chilli Crab Mousse is served in a crunchy cone. The ABC Minestrone pays tribute to a household classic – a comforting bowl of ABC soup – given a twist with seasonal crispy vegetables; the Chicken Rice Arancini also offers a familiar flavour presented in a fun way reminiscent of old-school rice balls. For mains, there’s the flavourful Laksa Seabass: pan-seared seabass served with potato salad and laksa reduction. For a sweet finale, dig into the perfectly executed Pandan Souffle; Chef Armando’s rendition of our beloved pandan chiffon cake, served with gula melaka ice cream.


The menu can be had at $48++ per person, available from 3 to 11 August.
