Edge Rewrites Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet

Starting 1 September 2019, the Sunday Champagne Brunch menu at Edge will be given a grand refresh, featuring signature dishes from Chef Howard Leong’s collection of secret recipes inspired by his travels around the world.

 

Dive into Sunday indulgence with an assortment of Seafood on Ice and Swiss Raclette Cheese with Traditional Accompaniments. Continue to feast on a stunning array of dishes including Worcestershire Angus Beef Flank, Pan Seared Foie Gras with Passion Fruit Apple Chutney and Brioche Bun and Nyonya Laksa with House-made Prawn Otah-Otah. Cap off the meal on a veritably sweet note with Molten Strawberry Chocolate Cake, Raspberry Hibiscus Entremet and Wine Jelly Berries Verrine.

 

While the adults let their hair down, the little ones will also be guaranteed an afternoon of fun. The Kids’ Corner allows them opportunities to run around and gather for play while the roving balloon sculptor will keep them entertained and enthralled all day.

 

The Redesigned Sunday Champagne Brunch at Edge will happen every Sunday from 1 September 2019. Taking place from 12:00pm to 3:30pm, the buffet is available at SGD128 per adult and SGD64 per child. There is also an option to top up SGD60 for unlimited champagne, gin, cocktails, red and white wines.
