The Singapore Night Race revs into action from 20 to 22 September this year. Take a pit stop from the exhilarating action and head to Edge, conveniently located trackside, for an indulgent Sunday Brunch on 22 September 2019 before the late-night revelry culminates on race day.
Dig into tantalising dishes including Melted Swiss Raclette Cheese with Traditional Accompaniments, Sous Vide Citrus Thyme Crayfish with Vanilla Pear Puree and Basil Oil, Pan-seared Foie Gras with Passion Fruit Apple Chutney and Brioche Bun, Beef Prime Ribs with Bordelaise Jus and Ma La Pepper Crabs. Finish off with a glorious selection of sweet treats including Chocolate Taco, Purple Velvet with Blueberry Cream Cheese, and Flambéed Honey Pineapple with Creamy Jivara Valrhona.
The alcoholic version of the buffet comes with unlimited pours of Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label Champagne or Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé Champagne, along with beers, wines and selected cocktails. There is also a non-alcholic version which is paired with unlimited fresh juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea instead.
Adding to the festivities, the hotel’s associates will also be specially dressed in race-inspired uniforms throughout the Formula 1 weekend.
A Grand Feast for the Grand Prix will happen on 22 September 2019 from 12:00pm to 3:30pm at SGD158 per adult and SGD79 per child. There is also an option to top up SGD60 for unlimited champagne, gin, cocktails, beers, red and white wines. To upgrade champagne to rosé champagne, you will just have to add another SGD20.
