Aux Deux Amis at Ding Dong

For two nights only (27 & 28 November), Ding Dong welcomes one of Paris’ most rambunctious natural wine bistro, Aux Deux Amis, to “do their worst”. Firing up the kitchen are ADA’s chef Matthieu Perez and Ding Dong’s head chef Miller Mai, who will together present a six-course dinner that combines big, bold Southeast Asian flavours derived from indigenous ingredients such as buah keluak and som tam, with the best of Parisian bistronomy and savoir faire. Kick up the night with natural wine expert Eduardo Bayo of Drunken Farmer as he serves up a wine-pairing selection curated from an arsenal of over 90 natural, organic, biodynamic and sustainably-farmed labels sourced straight from winemakers all around the world. Tying it all together will be ADA owner David Layola, who will play the role gracious host on both evenings, making sure no glasses go dry or plates untouched, wooing guests with his neo-bistro charm.
