From 11 January to 11 April 2019, only on Friday and Saturday evenings, Pan Pacific Singapore’s Poolside Patio presents Asian-themed delights specially created by our culinary team. In conjunction with Chinese New Year, guests can soak in the festive mood while admiring a glimpse of the highly-anticipated fireworks showcase.
The tantalising line-up features a variety of dishes, including Soy and Mustard Beef Flank Steak, Hoisin and Ginger Slow-Cooked BBQ Pork Ribs, Lemongrass and Nyonya Spices Chicken Sausage, Grass Fed Australian Tandoori Lamb Cutlets and Caramelised Banana with Yuzu Sorbet to round-off the experience.
