Focusing 45-minute work-outs are Kick-Boxing inspired high-intensity interval trainings (HIIT), making use of body weight and resistance exercises in addition to traditional martial arts conditioning. With a maximum of 12 people per class, members are constantly rotating between the equipment stations at the cue of a highly motivational instructor, who will be around every step of the way to help you achieve optimum fighters’ fitness, in a kick-ass community.
