Once you’re cozy, try stepping out of your comfort zone to sample beverages like 30 Shades of Grey, with Earl Grey gin, aperol, and lychee liquor, or Screwpine Old Fashioned, a swirl of house-made pandan syrup with pandan-infused Makers Mark Bourbon and Malibu rum.
