We use as little sugar as possible in our cakes, and let the naturally sweet ingredients like cranberries, raisins, dates, apples, figs, bananas do their job! For durian lovers, our seasonally available Durian Cheesecake, Durian Cream Cake and Musang King Mud Pie are bound to send you to durian heaven!
