Mother Monster is a joint effort between bar and nightlife impresario, Biko alongside esteemed coffee roastery group, The Common Grounds and a rising chef, Gloria Susindra. Bringing together the best of two worlds, day and night, in a fully-concepted hybrid modern restaurant, it serves freshly-made artisan coffee, bespoke drinks and eclectic meals throughout the day. The restaurant is combining the best of two specialty F&B groups: it aligns the contrast through inventive, mash-up dishes and desserts that take on a melting pot of different cuisines and techniques.
