Goola
Additional Information
Goola is owned by none other than the president’s eldest son, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, a successful F&B entrepreneur to his name. The brand itself, derived from “gula,” which means “sugar” in Indonesian — and rightly so, because they serve the modern take of Indonesian traditional drinks. Some of their specialty drinks use their signature coco foam, such as Es Doger Jeger, with green sticky rice and fermented cassava (tape singkong) or Es Merdeka 45, a coconut drink with red tapioca pearls. Other than the signature series, Goola also offers selections of iced tea, refreshing drinks (the Nano Nano or the tamarind drink sounds really tempting), as well as the coffee series that features es kopi.
There are 5 locations of Goola in Jakarta: including Plaza Indonesia, Pacific Place, and Tokopedia Tower.
