Want to score a Gold for your upcoming IPPT? Or just curious to know what it’s like to train for National Service? In celebration of SAF Day, True Group is proud to introduce the first ELISS (Electronic IPPT Scoring System) push-up machine outside of SAF camps. ELISS is used during IPPT tests to ensure an objective and accurate count for push-ups, by using motion sensors placed at various points.
From 1 -14 July, visit the True Fitness centre in Tampines to try out ELISS, and attempt to beat the push-up scores of our Officers to stand a chance to win up to a 6-month membership* with True Fitness for you and a buddy. In addition, the first 50 who manage to beat the scores of our Officers will receive a limited-edition Local Heroes Field Pack filled with local goodies!
