On Saturday 3rd August, LuLu invites guests to celebrate the summer for a Cuban-themed party with LuLu’s resident Thursdays band and Asia’s most reputable Cuban and Latin American Band, Havana Social Club headlining the event. LuLu’s Lounge will be transformed into the colourful island, with palm trees and all things Cuban for guests to tango the night away to Havana Social Club’s Latino classics. The flamboyant band has achieved island wide recognition and a growing loyal fan base, with their dance nights triggering a new movement of salsa in Singapore.
Accompanying this for a full Cuban experience, LuLu’s bar captains Julyan Phillips and Tertius Wharton have crafted a new, one-of-a-kind cocktail – the ‘Che Che Che’ (SGD $20 nett) is a tropical mixture of Rhum Agricole, Cachaça with a dash of lime and local honey.
