Wine-Pairing Dinner at Zafferano

Experience the splendour of Château Boyd-Cantenac and Château Pouget at Zafferano.


Exclusively on 11 November 2019, Zafferano Italian Restaurant and Lounge will be offering a wine-pairing dinner, where diners get to enjoy Château Boyd-Cantenac and Château Pouget. These remarkable labels, classified as the third growth of the Margaux appellation in Bordeaux, France,will be paired with a five-course dinner curated by Head Chef Andrea de Paola. The gastronomic evening will also be co-hosted by winemaker Olivier Salques, bringing the diners on an extraordinary journey to discover these outstanding vintages.


Highlights include luscious roasted veal, mushroom mille-feuille served with tuna and capers sauce, paired perfectly with the award-winning La Croix De Boyd-Cantenac 2014 and the Château Boyd-Cantenac 2010, showcasing rounded tannins and sweet floral notes. Guests will also revel in a hearty and flavoursome house-made cappelletti pasta stuffed with Ubriaco cheese and served with Iberico pork ragout, complemented with the impressive dark ruby red Château Boyd-Cantenac 2011.


The Château Boyd-Cantenac and Château Pouget wine dinner is available at Zafferano on 11 November 2019 at 7pm at $148++ per person and an early bird price of $128++ per person.
