Head Bartender Azlam reimagines this classic drink with modern Cantonese flavours, showcasing his refined touch and innovative flair. Indulge in this contemporary take as Azlam uses Woodford Reserve Bourbon that has been infused with red dates and longan tea for seven days, bringing forth a sweet and refreshing essence. The cocktail is then completed with bitters and flamed Benedictine DOM, presenting a pleasant herbal aroma to enchant the senses.
