JAAN, the Michelin-starred gem crowning the top of Swissôtel The Stamford, is one of the most highly regarded romantic spots in Singapore. With its panoramic view of the city and exquisite, authentic service, the internationally renowned restaurant has hosted a significant number of proposals, anniversaries and grand gestures throughout the year. This year, JAANhas taken Valentine’s Day to new heights and extending it across two days – with two extravagant ‘Reinventing British’ 10-course dinners for lovebirds on the 14th and 15th February, served with a glass of Krug Grand Cuvée.
Chef Kirk Westaway’s menu begins with the renowned aphrodisiac, the Irish Majestic Oyster, decorated with refreshing, citrus pomelo and ponzu. Moving further North up the British Isles, the Scottish Scallop with Smoked Iberico Broth and the Scottish Lobster with Burrata and Tomato will take diners on an elegant, coastal dining experience. Other highlights include the Turbot Fillet with Osiblue Prawn tempura, Baby Leek and rich Ikura and the delicate Pineapple Tart.
The Valentine’s Day dinner will be available on Thursday, 14th February and Friday, 15th February. The dinner is priced at SGD 399++ per person, which includes a glass of Krug Grand Cuvée. Guests can enjoy a delightful wine pairing at an additional SGD 220++ per person.
