The Sampan, located on the picturesque Boat Quay, right by the river, has unveiled its Chinese New Year menu. Eight beautiful courses have been carefully curated to ensure the significance of each ingredient shines brightly in our menu.
Diners celebrating Lunar New Year at The Sampan will be treated to Pan-Asian inspired Lo-Hei, the Sesame Crusted Salmon Yu Sheng, Kuah Hee Pio, Chuka Idako tossed in Szechuan Chilli Oil, Kung Pao Chicken Salad, Jumbo Lump Crabmeat folded in Spicy Chilli Crab Sauce and a stunning Duck Leg Char Siew – just to list a few of the Chef’s exclusive selections.
– Chinese New Year 8-Course menu start at $198++ for 2 pax, $598++ for 6 pax and $788++ for 8 pax.

– The Sampan is open weekdays for lunch from 11.30am to 2.30pm and dinner from 5.00pm to midnight and Saturdays for dinner from 5.00pm to midnight.
