The Sampan, which has been nominated as a finalist in the “New Restaurant of the Year” category by World Gourmet Summit (WGS) has announced its participation in the 23rd edition of the iconic gastronomy festival. Inspired by WGS theme of sustainability, The Sampan, has curated a delicious menu which showcases its commitment serving up ingredients and produce only from trusted local and regional suppliers.
From 1st of April through to 14th of April, three-course lunch and dinner menus will feature Chef’s selection of stunning Asian flavours, where the core ingredients are hand-selected and reflects an honest, transparent and environmentally friendly farming and fishing practices.
The Sampan is open weekdays for lunch from 11.30am to 2.30pm and dinner
from 5.00pm to midnight and Saturdays for dinner from 5.00pm to midnight.
