Executive Chef Timothy Butler and Mixologist Buntanes “Pop” Direkrittikul from Eat Me, one of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018 will be at Neon Pigeon for dinner service. Eat Me from Bangkok has also won the Bar Awards 2018 for both its bar and restaurant.
Expect gourmet dishes such as Red Curry Bone Marrow, Wagyu Tonkatsu, Akagai Lamb, Uni Nachos and more and a unique selection of cocktails from “Pop”.
