A special menu presented by a chef collaboration between homegrown talents Magdalene Tang and Ryan Tok of Singapore’s Mag’s Wine Kitchen, and guest chef Laurent Peugeot of Burgundy’s Le Charlemagne will be served at Mag’s Wine Kitchen, located at 55 Keong Saik Road from 25th November to 28th November.
Highlights from the exclusive four-day lunch and dinner affair (25th – 28th November) include an exquisite range of hearty classics from the revered French countryside, such as Ravioli with Burgundy snails and Tataki-seared Wagyu Beef.
Across the four-day affair, a four-course lunch and six-course dinner will be made available for diners to reserve. The four-course set lunch will be priced at $78++ per person. Similar to the lunch menu, the six-course set dinner will be priced at $168++ per person. In addition, the dinner menu features the Hokkaido Scallop with pomelo and a 48-Month Aged Comte from Fromagerie Napiot with grated nuts and celery chutney.
A meal celebrating the best of Burgundy is definitely not complete without the wines. Diners can also opt to pair their meals with a selection of wines from Robert Ampeau & Fils at $1,580.00++(7 Bottles). Options include the 1976 Volnay 1er Cru Santenots, and the 1996 Meursault 1er Cru Les Perrières. Other wines by the bottle are also available, like the 2016 Mâcon-Verzé Domaine Leflaive ($98++) and 2014 Volnay Les Caillerets 1er Cru Domaine Marquis d’Angerville ($150++).
