For Valentine’s Day, Blue Jasmine gets into the spirit with a special menu designed to be shared by two. Whether the plan is to celebrate many years of best-friendship or couplehood, sharing this special set for two will create a beautiful new memory.
Starting with a sharing platter of three different light bites, followed by red tom yum with prawns and steamed egg served individually alongside the signature Blue Jasmine rice. Savour the Roasted Duck Breast in Red Curry, Blue Jasmine’s signature Holy Basil Krapao with Squid, Honey Baked Chicken with Cherry Tomato Compote, then relieve the guilt of rich food with Sautéed Kailan with Shitake Mushrooms and Salted Fish. Finish with the sweet note of a dessert platter of Blue Sticky Sushi Rice with Thai Honey Mango, rich Thai Chendol, and a palate-cleansing serving of Tropical Cut Fruits.
The evening ends with a classic Valentine’s Day tradition: Chocolate. As thanks for choosing to celebrate this special day with Blue Jasmine, the restaurant specially presents a complimentary pair of chocolate pralines to every couple.
