Their powerhouse team of SSA certified sommeliers will be present to share not just their knowledge and passion of the craft with you but how these Sakes come together in harmony with the Omakase prepared. Learn how flavour is derived from taste and aroma, and appreciate how the amazing properties of different Sake cups make a difference.
