Enjoy four limited-edition signature items at Heart of Darkness. Available throughout the month of October as a set (S$75++) or a la carte, including the Veal Wrap (S$28++) as a main, Shio koji veal wraps with grilled miso eggplant, confit tomatoes, pomegranate, pickled shallots and garlic chips; Raspberry Mochi (S$8++) for dessert; a special collaboration beer between Heart of Darkness Craft Brewery x Evil Twin Brewing, When You Open This Bottle, Real Raspberries Will Fly Out IPA (S$18++); and the Pink Pyjama cocktail (S$20++) made with Prohibition Gin, lemon, Heart of Darkness raspberry puree, First Sunset Kumquat Pale Ale and cream.
The Singapore flagship of the Vietnam brewery will donate 10% of proceeds from each item sold to the Breast Cancer Foundation of Singapore, or $10 from each set menu purchased.
On 25 October, enjoy a special PinkTober brunch celebration with a free-flow offering of beer, bubbles and cocktails paired with Heart of Darkness’ signature brunch items and PinkTober charity menu (S$165++). In addition to the free flow menu, a line-up of female bartenders from Madame Fan, The Other Roof, Barbary Coast and other Singapore hot spots will be serving up signature cocktails all day for S$15++ with a portion of proceeds going to the Breast Cancer Foundation of Singapore.
