The new weekly Martini Monday series will welcome guest bartenders from around Singapore to share their own creations, with bespoke cocktails at S$16++ and passed complimentary bites throughout the event.
The inaugural event will feature three cocktails from MO BAR’s Joshua Pang and John Blancas including the Classic Martini with Hendrick’s Gin and Noilly Prat Vermouth; the Nomadic Martini with Black Garlic Infused Hendrick’s Gin, BBQ Olive Brine and Champagne Vermouth, nitro charged and garnished with Black Coral and black garlic cream; and the Sarimanok with Monkey Shoulder, lime, mango and egg white, shaken and served up.
