Mother’s Day Buffet at Edge

Treat mum to a sumptuous feast of Asian and Pacific delights as Edge sets the stage for an unforgettable meal. Start on a flavourful note by placing an order for Pan Seared Angus Beef Fillet and Classical Gratin Truffles Scented Beef Parmentier before moving on to standouts such as Roasted Duck with Herbal Dang Gui Sauce, Slow Cooked Chicken with Dry Chilli and Lemongrass, and Kimberley Street “Kueh Chap.” For desserts, a decadent display of sweet treats including Ivory Cherry Jasmine Tart and Raspberry Lychee Rose Saint Honour makes for an indulgent end to the meal. All mothers will receive a glass of craft cocktail on arrival and a stalk of carnation to take home on this special day.


Dinner is available from 10 to 12 May, 6:30pm to 10:30pm, at SGD99 per adult, SGD49.50 per child.

Brunch is available on 12 May from 12:00pm to 4:00pm at SGD148 per adult, SGD74 per child.
