MO BAR at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore will be hosting a Malaysian Takeover where for distinct Malaysian bartenders will be taking over the bar on Sunday, 28 July from 8pm.
The takeover sees distinguished Malaysian bartenders from Singapore bars such as Subhan Anuar from 28 HongKong Street and Chris Shaw from The Other Room; as well as bartenders from renowned KL Bars such as Jungle Bird’s Bartender Divyesh Chauhan, and Omakase + Appreciate’s Shawn Chong behind the bar for a one night only takeover.
Guests can enjoy Malaysian inspired drinks for S$24++, such as the Cend-ol Fashioned made with dark rum, bourbon, coconut, glutinous rice, gula melaka and pandan.
