A prominent chef and culinary consultant in Singapore, Chef Jeremy is a proud advocate of Singaporean cuisine in both modern and traditional guises, and is known for his inventive approach to Asian cuisine. Besides being the creator of Batur Lesung Spice Company, he is also chef-owner of award-winning gourmet caterer Preparazzi and co-founder of MRS KUEH.

 

Chef Jeremy will demonstrate how to prepare local dishes with a modern twist like Baked Seabass with Fennel and Shallot Salsa and Coconut Dressing; Roasted Lamb Rack ‘Sate’ with Brown Butter Hazelnut Crust; Pan-seared Beef with Buah Keluak ‘Rawon Rice’; and Seasonal Young Vegetables with Nut Butter ‘Gado Gado’ Sauce.
