Maker’s Mark x Yotel Orchard

From 27 November – 27 December 2021, indulge in three festive cocktails at Komyuniti Bar & Restaurant, all at $18++. Make Santa Happy showcases caramel and vanilla notes which are uplifted by the effervescence of fragrant peach tea and bright fruity flavours from mint and cranberry.

 

The Merry Cherry Sour is a festive twist on a classic whisky sour. Indulge in the aromas of cinnamon that are uplifted by fragrant fruity notes of dark cherry and cranberry.

 

Lastly, butterscotch and caramel notes take centerstage in Knock Nogg. Enjoy these festive flavours that reveal a creamy chocolatey sweetness.

 

3-Course Set Menu with Cocktail Pairing

From 24-27 December, Komyuniti rings home Christmas with a 3-course set menu at $68++, with each course paired with a specially-crafted Maker’s Mark cocktail. For the Starter, choose between the Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad and Festive Roasted Pumpkin Soup, paired with a Bubbly Bourbon Berries welcome cocktail.

 

For the Main Course, choose between the Jingle Beef – 130 days aged Australian grain-fed sirloin with double cooked cauliflower, sour apple mashed, topped with a Maker’s Mark demi-glace sauce – or Flambe Salmon – pan-seared cajun salmon flambe with Maker’s Mark, served with baby potatoes and bell pepper compote – paired with a New York Maker’s Sour.

 

For Dessert, enjoy the Genoise Commune Cake – butter cake served with blackberries, blueberries, maple mascarpone cheese and vanilla ice-cream – paired with the Chocolate On the Rock cocktail.

 

On 24 December from 7 – 930pm, each diner will also walk away with a special Maker’s Mark Inverness Rocks Glass, hand-dipped in its signature red wax. A one-night only exclusive not to be missed!
