Celebrating over a good meal – a time-honoured practice enjoyed across generations. From 9 February to 31 March 2020, Head Chef Ng Sen Tio and his team at Yan present a series of sumptuous dining experiences int he spirit of conviviality.
Chef Ng presents the Star Grouper Three Ways Recommendations Menu at $168++ for 4 to 6 diners. A whole fish is deftly prepared across three courses in this menu for a ‘head to tail’ dining experience that has been inspired by the philosophy of ‘从头到尾’ (loosely translated to ‘start to finish’).
Guests will be delighted to further indulge in dining specials: a choice of three appetisers for $20++, as well as a promotion for all set menus where one guest dines free with every three paying adults.
