This dinner coincides with Tsubosaka-san’s visit to Singapore and will feature a 8-course menu, collaboratively curated to complement Banshu Ikkon’s sake offerings.
Featuring a charcoal grill focused menu paired with 5 Banshu Ikkon’s sakes – Junmai Ginjo, Junmai, Yamahai Junmai, Cho Kara and Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki, guests can look forward to Tsubosaka-san mingling with them during the evening and sharing the many unique yet interesting insights to Banshu Ikkon’s sakes.
