This International Women’s Day, The Dandy Collection brings together its three venues – Neon Pigeon, Fat Prince and Summerlong – for one big brunch extravaganza to be held at Summerlong, honouring and celebrating women everywhere.
A counter-style buffet priced at $30++ per person will be laid out for guests to enjoy Summerlong’s signature Greek and Mediterranean dishes, like the Vegetarian Moussaka and Spanakopita, Strapatsada, and Greek Salad. Guests can also look forward to Neon Pigeon’s iconic Tokyo Hummus and Fat Prince’s Caraway Cake. There will also be some specialty cocktails like the Hibiscus Sour ($20++) and Maracuya ($20++).
In collaboration with the Association of Women for Action and Research (AWARE Singapore), $5 from every order of the counter buffet and $2 from every specialty cocktail sold will be donated to the association to support their efforts.
While guests enjoy a breezy afternoon at Summerlong alongside the tranquil Robertson Quay riverfront, DJs Victoria Leembruggen and Liana will spin sick beats in back-to-back sets throughout the event.
The Dandy Collection also partners with luxury streetwear designer, Lisa Von Tang, where four lucky diners will walk away with $1,000 shopping gift cards at the designer’s boutique, while 10 diners will enjoy styling sessions by the designer. All guests will also receive a 10% discount voucher courtesy of The Olive Oil Skincare Company.
