Commencing the evening on a warm note is the Thai Sweet Potato and Carrot Soup enlivened with chorizo and herbs, accompanied with garlic bread. A luscious Foie Gras served with strawberry, balsamic and thyme brings the gourmet affair to the next level with this perfectly pan-seared goose liver complemented with fresh tangy strawberries and sweet balsamic reduction.
For main course, diners can choose from succulent slow-cooked Kurobuta Pork Belly with Romesco puree, crispy pork crackling and asparagus, or delicate Norwegian Salmon with celeriac puree, juicy tomatoes and crispy basil.
Completing the romantic evening on a lavish note is the Multi-textures of Chocolate presented in Victorian-style sponge cake, ice-cream decorated with deep flavourful chocolate sauce and tuiles.
