In celebration of love, the restaurant presents 4-course ($288++ per couple) and 5-course ($308++ per couple) set dinners, specially curated for the discerning gourmand.
An exquisite appetiser of refreshing Crab Salad with Compressed Watermelon, Plum and Caviar in walnut-parsley sauce verte forms a prelude to the 4-course dinner. The second course is an equally decadent Poached Lobster with Chicken Roulade, Mushroom and Cavatelli Pasta perfectly coated in blue cheese sauce. The 5-course set comes with an additional Steamed Egg Custard with Duck Foie Gras and Truffle Glaze.
The epicurean affair continues with the main course – a choice of Grilled Japanese Wagyu Beef Sirloin with Roasted Potato or Garoupa Fillet with Brocolli Rosti – and comes to a close with a citrusy Pink Profiteroles with Yuzu Cream, Raspberry Jelly, Vanilla Cremeux, Crispy Biscuit and Mango Passionfruit Sorbet.
