Available from 11 to 19 June 2023 at $220++ per person inclusive of a 180ml Nikko Homare Daiginjo, this menu was thoughtfully curated by Head Chef Shingo Iijima for the occasion. Uni Chawanmushi – Japanese egg custard steamed to a silky perfection and crowned with Hokkaido Uni for umami and added creaminess
Wagyu Wara Yaki – Featuring beautifully marbled wagyu from Gunma prefecture, it is straw-smoked and served alongside charcoal-grilled Shima-aji
Almond Tofu & Kumamoto Watermelon – highlighting juicy watermelon from Kumamoto city, it is served with soft tofu and a drizzle of house-made apricot sauce
