A highlight of both dine-in set menus is the Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup with Diced Chicken and Lung-Nourishing Chinese Herbs. Created in collaboration with physicians from Zhongjing Traditional Chinese Medicine, the immunity boosting double-boiled soup is formulated to improve Qi deficiency and strengthen the lungs and kidney.
The 6-course Signature Menu ($158++ per person, minimum 2 persons) showcases delightful Cantonese fare crafted for the occasion with highlights such as Steamed “Mee Sua” topped with Prawns, and Chinese Shao Xing Wine. The 8-course Celebratory Menu ($108++ per person, minimum 5 persons) offers a lavish spread of Cantonese classics. Leading the celebration in the 8-course menu is the signature Roasted Peking Duck served with Chinese Pancake, Cucumber and Spring Onions.

Spend quality time with mum in the comfort of home with the At Home Celebratory Meal ($88+ per person, minimum 4 persons). Highlights in the 7-course menu include the classic Trio Barbeque Platter of Soya Chicken, Roasted Duck and Honey-glazed Pork, as well as flavoursome dishes such as the Steamed Cod Fillet with Minced Garlic and Shredded Mandarin Peel.
