This autumn, Yan will be celebrating the Hairy Crab Festival with a specially curated menu using classic Cantonese culinary techniques. For the traditionalists and enthusiasts, indulge in the Steamed Hairy Crab, which best showcases the natural sweetness of the crabs. Ever-popular favourites such as the Beancurd Broth with Hairy Crab Meat and Poached Noodles with Hairy Crab Meat also make a return to the table.
Yan’s Hairy Crab Festival is available during lunch and dinner from 11 November to 11 December 2019 with an a la carte menu (starting from $16.80++) and a set menu priced at $128++ per diner.
