From 15 October to 3 November 2019, The Lighthouse Restaurant & Rooftop Bar welcomes the highly anticipated season of the prized white truffle.
Unlike black truffles, white truffles can’t be cultivated, making them all the more coveted by gourmets and infinitely more aromatic than their inky counterparts. The Lighthouse Restaurant receives these gems directly from Alba, a region in northern Italy renowned for its high quality harvest, as well as Acqualagna, another city centre famed for its production and annual white truffle festival.
To mark white truffle season at The Lighthouse Restaurant, Chef Carlo Marengoni has created a four-course menu designed to satiate any truffle cravings. Guests have a choice of seven different truffle-kissed creations to savour the unique aroma and delicate flavour of these white diamonds.
The elegant dining experience takes place at The Lighthouse Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, with mesmerising views of the Singapore skyline and Marina Bay waterfront. The four-course menu is priced at S$158++ per person and is available for lunch from Monday to Friday and dinner daily.
