On 25 April 2021, savour a selection of wines from Garbole accompanied with a five-course dinner at Zafferano. The history of Garbole has been enrolled into thousand-year-old Veneto and Veronese wine traditions. Led by the Finetto brothers, the first Garbole vintage was fermented in the shed of their grandmother’s house; years later, their production philosophy continues to combine the traditions of wine-growing with modern technology for quality wines.
During this one-night exclusive dinner, enjoy an exquisite lineup of Garbole wines accompanied with dishes such as savoury morel mushrooms, foie gras pâté and Challan duck ham and the Jac wagyu beef striploin with romanesco, pickled mustard and Genovese jus.
