Priced at $50++ for 2 glasses, the cocktails will be finished tableside with a dazzling pour of Duval-Leroy Brut Reserve NV, the signature champagne of a sixth-generation family-owned champagne house. The complex wine is crisp, intense, and offers fine persistent perlage and refreshing acidity – perfect for blending with sweet peach purée.
