Show Dad how much you appreciate him this Father’s Day by treating him to their specially curated menu at the world’s highest urban microbrewery, LeVeL33. Exclusive to the Father’s Day weekend (18 and 19 June), this special sharing menu – $168++, good for 2 to 3 persons – is a perfect way for the family to come together to celebrate dad.
The highlight of the menu is a juicy Portoro Naturally Raised Ribeye. This is a luxurious grain-fed cut from Portoro, an Australian certified non-GMO producer which prides itself on raising its cattle with respect for the animal and the land they are on.
Complementing the premium ribeye are the Stout Balsamic Roasted Vine Cherry Tomatoes with a glaze made with LeVeL33’s housemade Stout. Other delicious sides include perfectly Roasted Potatoes and fresh Grilled Asparagus.
The meal is accompanied by LeVeL33’s signature range of housemade beer
condiments such as a complex Café De Paris butter elevated with beer brewing ingredients such as roasted yeast and onions cooked in LeVeL33’s IPA, and a house-made chimichurri.
