Baker X Welcomes Ninth Residency Frosted By Fang

From 7 to 26 June 2022, look forward to beautifully crafted pastries with enticing flavours from Frosted By Fang (@frostedbyfang) the ninth resident at Baker X, a baking studio and café in Orchard Central. Presenting an assorted range of bakes with a creative twist on classic favourites such as swiss rolls, tiramisu, and loaf cakes as well as weekly specials.

Lee Su Fang, Founder and Baker of Frosted by Fang, discovered her passion and love for creating innovative pastries during a school break. The self-taught home-baker takes pride in developing delectable confections that have amassed a following of loyal fans. Her baking philosophy lies in being curious, creative, and inspired by the art of baking.

Frosted by Fang offers an array of bakes that is a testament to Su Fang’s creativity. Enjoy the crowd favourites such as the Orh Nee Swiss Roll ($8.50/roll) – a spin on the traditional Teochew dessert showcasing a fluffy sponge cake filled with a velvety yam paste. The Chocolate Rum Cherry Tiramisu ($15/box) features a delightful combination of the popular classics – Tiramisu and Black Forest cake. The chewy Coconut & Yuzu Curd Mochi Donut ($3.80/donut) with zesty yuzu curd is adorned with dried edible flowers. Also look out for classic pastries such as the Almond, Orange & Blackcurrant Loaf ($5.50/slice), Cinnamon Apple Crumble Bar ($6/bar), and the chunky Chocolate Chip & Walnut Cookie ($3.50/cookie).
