Bountiful Feasts at Park Hotel Clarke Quay

Park Hotel Clarke Quay ushers in the Year of the Ox with sumptuous spreads of Chinese New Year delights to accompany joyful reunions. Available for dine-in or takeaway via self-collection or delivery from 29 January to 26 February 2021, four set menus (six to eight courses; $388 to $768) are set to foster togetherness and prosperity. The festive feasts are specially curated by the hotel’s Banquet Chef James Wong, a veteran culinary specialist with four decades of experience in Asian and Cantonese cuisines.

 

Some highlights include the refreshing Prosperity Tuna Yu Sheng Platter featuring an array of auspicious ingredients to welcome health and wealth, the Superior Braised Fish Maw with Crabmeat and Homemade Stuffed Crab Claw which brims with wholesome nourishment and sweetness and the Steamed Red Garoupa with Yellow Bean Paste that is thoughtfully selected as its auspicious red skin amplifies luck for the year ahead.
