For convivial celebrations at home, Yàn presents a splendid array of sweet and savoury takeaways, available via delivery and self-collection.

 

Toss to new heights with the elegant Abalone & Yellowtail with Gold Foil Lo Hei in ‘Shun De’ Style (from $92++). Prepared in Yàn’s signature savoury Shunde-style, the magnificent mountain of crispy vermicelli alludes to soaring achievements and success in the year ahead.

 

Usher in a year of abundance with a bounteous Yàn Harvest Pen Cai (from $300), featuring eighteen ingredients nestled in a charming claypot. Prized delicacies such as abalone, whole conpoy, fish maw, sea cucumber, and scallops are layered with roast duck, soya chicken, sea moss, and gingko; expertly braised to perfection in flavourful braised duck gravy.
