An Epicurean Experience at NAMI

NAMI has recently updated its culinary repertoire with the introduction of exciting new signature dishes, set lunches and an omakase dinner. Gourmands can look forward to skilfully crafted dishes, enhanced by the use of quality ingredients.

 

Indulge the palate with new signatures like the Pan-fried Abalone with Liver Butter Sauce. An elegant dish with a taste of its ocean home, the abalone delights with sweet and savoury notes, combined with a burst of rich umami flavours. Alternatively, pique your tastebuds with the Crispy Seaweed with Hokkaido Sea Urchin. This indulgent concoction features sea urchin paired with dried seaweed, and is majestically presented atop the sea urchin’s shell.

 

Six tantalising three-course set lunches featuring gourmet creations from the land and the sea are also available for selection as part of the refreshed dining experience. The Una-jyu Set, for instance, begins with a trilogy of seasonal starters, followed by eel kabayaki with Akita prefecture komachi steamed rice, and Kyoto Uji green tea ice cream with azuki beans.

 

The omakase dinner remains the ultimate prigrimage for diners, featuring time-honoured favourites alongside seasonal delights. The menu kicks off with an appetiser trio starring the authentic flavours of Japan, followed by highlights including the Seasonal Sato Dobin Pot Soup and Kaisen Zuke Bara Chirashi. Adding on to the myriad of flavours, take your pick from a choice of two grilled items – Angus Beef Teriyaki or Gindara Yuan Yaki, before concluding the epicurean journey with a refreshing finale of Ume Plum with Azuki Monaka.
