Let the buffet indulgence begin on an elegant note with decadent picks from the Seafood on Ice bar such as Succulent Poached Prawns and Black Mussels, alongside Assorted Japanese Sushi and Sashimi.
Be taken on a journey from the East to the West featuring inspiring creations from seven live food stations including Stock Poached Kampong Chicken with Spring Onion Ginger Sauce, Pan Seared Seabass with Enoki Mushrooms, Sautéed Haricots Verts and Daikon Soy, and Slow Braised Short Ribs with Potatoes, Beans and Pearl Barley.
End the meal on a sweet note with an assortment of gorgeous desserts such as
Vanilla Raspberry Black Currant Lemon Entremet, Earl Grey Cherry Entremet and Yuzu Bahibe Tart.
Available for lunch (12:00pm to 2:30pm) at SGD55 per adult, SGD27.50 per child, the buffet includes free-flow orange juice, ice lemon tea, coffee and tea.
