Look forward to spending quality time with family and loved ones this Easter Sunday at Edge as the restaurant’s talented team of Chefs present an array of Spring treats to celebrate the spirit of the occasion, while the little ones are kept entertained with exciting Easter-themed activities.

The extensive Easter Sunday Champagne Brunch on 21 April 2019 comes with unlimited Veuve Clicquot Champagne to complement a wide selection of the finest Seafood on Ice, including Boston Lobster and freshly-shucked Oysters. Guests can indulge in a sumptuous feast of roasts from the carvery such as Roasted Prime Tomahawk and Oven-roasted Porchetta and tuck into Chef’s Special of Shellfish Seafood Risotto that will be served tableside. For a sweet conclusion to the gastronomic meal, the buffet will feature a magnificent spread of Easter-themed desserts including classic delights such as Hot Cross Buns, Colourful Easter Eggs and Banoffee Eclair.

The little ones will be treated to an afternoon of interactive fun and entertainment as they embark on a hunt for Easter eggs. To complement the traditional egg hunt, skilled face and hand painters will delight them with their creative designs at Edge. Adding to the celebratory mood, an Easter Bunny mascot will be making its rounds with goodies and photography mementos for fond recollections of the Easter brunch experience.
