A Taste of Summer at NAMI

Experience the ultimate summertime indulgence with two new kaiseki menus inspired by the changing seasons in Japan. Each menu spotlights the season’s freshest produce and is poetically presented in cheerful colours to reflect the vibrancy of summer. Highlights include the Kyoto Pike Eel which is prized for its rich umami flavours, and the Shimanto River Unagi which comes from the pristine river that is said to be one of the last clear flowing streams in Japan.
