From 1 to 9 May 2021, Bedrock will be serving up a four-course Mother’s Day set lunch menu at $118++ per person for diners to enjoy in the company of their loved ones.
Kick off the celebration with a decadent Lobster Salad tossed with ice plant leaves and tangy heirloom tomatoes in an apple tartare sauce. The delectable mains include Poached Barramundi – comprising an oyster stew, topped with smoky Avruga caviar and crispy white rice puffs, and a mouth-watering Wagyu Rib Cap Steak – enhanced by a fresh lemon herb sauce, with sides of sautéed haricot verts and oven-dried cherry tomatoes. End off the meal on a sweet note with the delightful Strawberry Tart, served with a strawberry sauce and vanilla ice-cream.
