Award-winning steakhouse, Bedrock Bar & Grill, introduces the second edition of its 2021 World Meat Series, featuring premium Devesa Argentina Beef. Into its fifth year, the signature series showcases some of the finest cuts of meats from around the world. From 1 April to 30 June 2021, diners can look forward to indulging in an exquisite selection of dishes that encapsulate the unique taste and tenderness of Devesa Argentina Beef.

 

Devesa Argentina Beef is appreciated for its natural marbling as well as leaner, flavoursome meat, making it an excellent choice for those who wish to try beef of a lesser-known variety from another part of the world. Having established its roots at the heart of the Argentinean Pampas in 1840, Devesa is a leading producer of high-quality Angus-certified beef.

 

Offering both grass-fed and premium selected grain-fed meat, Devesa prides itself on treating the cattle gently and providing a pristine, stress-free environment for the cattle, resulting in an all-natural, tender beef that is 100% traceable.

 

To experience a taste of Devesa Argentina Beef, diners can take their pick from an exclusive menu created by Commonwealth Concepts’ Head of Culinary & Product Innovations, Chef Isaac Tan. The menu highlights three cuts with accompaniments that capture the essence of traditional Argentinian cuisine – such as Braised Beef Oyster Blade, Woodfire Grilled Ribeye Steak and the Lomito Sandwich, featuring a 150g Striploin steak.
