This easy sharing menu is exclusively available for the Father’s Day weekend on 18 and 19 June – perfect for a deliciously heart-warming celebration. Make the celebrations with dad and the whole family extra special with freshly brewed beers to complement this feast showcasing Thirty Six’s masterful smoke elements.
Look forward to the best quality cuts of juicy meats and vegetables. The menu features items such as the flavourful 180-gram Slow Roasted Boneless New Zealand Lamb Leg, a scrumptious 230-gram Grass-Fed New Zealand Ribeye and the smoky 300- gram Hubers Pork Sausages, which are juicy and full of flavour with every bite.
There’s fish and seafood, too! Thirty Six presents a 160-gram Norwegian Salmon Steak, lightly seasoned with salt and grilled to perfection as well as ultra-fresh 300-gram BBQ Black Tiger Prawns barbequed over an open fire to bring out their best flavours.
Served alongside these delicious mains is a whole smorgasbord of accompaniments too, such as traditional house-made Yorkshire puddings, russet potatoes roasted in thyme and rosemary, roasted vegetables, as well as your choice of delicious housemade sauces.
