A 4-hands dinner experience for the launch of 1-V:U’s “The Progressive Asian Journey Series”, an inspiring culinary programme through which head Chef Ace Tan and a collective of like-minded chefs delve deep into exploring the region’s rich culinary heritages to celebrate and evolve Asian cuisine for the modern age.
For two nights only, Ace teams up with Chef Louis Han (former head chef, Kimme) to present “Heart & Seoul”, a playful insight into modern Asian cuisine with a focus on the Korean and Chinese rich culinary heritages and nutritive traditions.
Presented as three chapters across 10 courses, the pair will work in tandem to showcase specially designed dishes infused with herbs and ingredients inspired by the region’s honoured tradition of yin yang nourishment.
The specially-crafted menu will be paired with a carefully curated selection of organic Italian wines.
The exclusive dinner event will mark Louis’ entr’acte in Singapore before his voyage back to Korea, with limited seating each night.
